The methodology

Most coaching puts you through a framework. This isn't a framework. The four phases structure the work — but the work itself is shaped entirely to your life. If burnout brought you here, phases one and two are where we start. If you're past the crisis point and ready to rebuild, we move faster into phases three and four.

01 reclaim

See clearly what is actually happening.

Not what should be happening. Not what you've been telling yourself. The fog has a cause. We find it together. This is where women who arrive in burnout begin — mapping the real load, the real cost, the real source of depletion.

02 reclaim

Stabilise

Hold the ground before building anything new.

Most coaching skips this. It's the most important phase. Until you're stable — not fixed, not healed, stable — any redesign you attempt will collapse under the existing load. We reduce what's draining you before we rebuild anything.

03 redesign

Strip

Remove what was never yours.

The obligations you inherited. The version of success that was built for someone else. The roles you stepped into because there was nobody else. Named, examined, and — where possible — put down. This is where the relief begins.

04 redesign

Rebuild

Build forward, specifically and deliberately.

With clarity earned and space made, we design what comes next. This is where the Reclamation Redesign Roadmap is built — a written document specific to your life, your constraints, your next season. Yours to keep.

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers.

I could probably do this with ChatGPT or a book — what's different?

You probably could try. Most women I work with have. The difference is that ChatGPT can't see your face when you say something true for the first time. A book can't get beneath what you say to what you actually mean. What you can't get for free is someone to hold the space while you find your own answer — and stay with you while you act on it.

I don't want to quit my job. Is this for women planning to leave?

No. Most women I work with are not quitting. The roadmap we build is designed to work inside your current life. The point isn't to blow it up — it's to stop pouring more of yourself into it than you can afford to lose.

I'm burned out. Is this the right place to start?

Yes. Burnout is often the entry point — phases one and two of the work are specifically about stabilising before rebuilding. You don't have to be past the crisis to begin. You just have to be ready to look at what's causing it.

Are you a certified coach?

I have a coaching certificate and have been coaching since 2021. I'm not ICF-accredited — that's a specific industry pathway I chose not to pursue. If credentials matter more to you than fit, I'm probably not your coach. If you want someone who's actually been where you are, we should talk.

What if it's not working partway through?

Monthly instalment options exist for this reason. If by session 4 it's clearly not the right fit, we talk honestly about it. That said, the discovery call is designed to establish fit before either of us commits — it almost never becomes an issue.
