What does a burnout quiz actually tell you?
Most women I work with arrive already knowing something is wrong. What they can't name is exactly what — whether it's burnout, perimenopause, nervous system overload, or all three at once. The symptoms overlap in ways that make them genuinely hard to separate.
This free burnout quiz looks at five areas: physical depletion, cognitive symptoms, emotional patterns, hormonal and midlife overlap, and nervous system overload. It's built specifically for women in midlife, where burnout and perimenopause frequently collide — producing a level of exhaustion that rest alone won't fix.
Fifteen questions. Around three minutes. Your result will tell you where you sit on the burnout spectrum — and what to do about it.

Who is this burnout quiz for?
Women in midlife who are exhausted in ways rest isn't fixing. It's particularly relevant if you suspect perimenopause and burnout may be overlapping — which is more common than most people realise, and produces a specific kind of depletion that needs addressing on both levels.
What does it actually measure?
Five areas: physical depletion (sleep, body weight, recovery), cognitive symptoms (focus, memory, overwhelm), emotional patterns (flatness, irritability, resilience), hormonal and midlife overlap, and nervous system overload. 15 questions on a 5-point scale.
Is this a clinical or medical tool?
No. It's a self-reflection tool designed to help you see patterns you may have normalised. Not a diagnosis. If you're concerned about your health, please speak to your GP.
What's the difference between burnout and perimenopause?
They often look identical — exhaustion, brain fog, irritability, disrupted sleep, reduced emotional resilience. The quiz includes questions that help identify the hormonal overlap so you can see which is driving what. If you can't tell which one it is, that's actually useful information in itself.
What happens after I get my result?
You'll receive a result placing you in one of four ranges — from stress and early strain through to significant depletion — with an honest read on what it means and a specific next step. If your score suggests the work is needed, I'll tell you clearly what that looks like.
Do I have to give my email?
Yes — your results are sent by email. I won't spam you. One email a week at most, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
