What is a life audit — and do you need one?
A life audit is a structured way of looking honestly at your life across the areas that matter most — not just what you're doing, but whether it still fits who you are. Most women I work with arrive knowing something is off. They're functioning, they're capable, they're keeping everything moving. But underneath there's a flatness, a sense of watching their life happen rather than actually living it.
This free life audit looks at five specific areas: where your goals and direction have gone, what's happened to joy and pleasure, who you are outside of your roles, whether what you're doing feels meaningful, and whether you feel alive in your own life. Each area is measured separately so you can see clearly where the drift has happened — rather than carrying a vague sense that something isn't right.
It takes around three minutes. The results are honest. And if they point toward something that needs to change, I'll tell you what that looks like.

Who is this life audit for?
Women in midlife who have a feeling that the life they're living no longer quite fits — but haven't been able to name exactly where or why. It's particularly relevant if you're in perimenopause or beyond, when the psychological cushioning that helped you tolerate a life that wasn't quite right tends to run out.
What does it actually measure?
Five areas: goals and direction (where you're heading), joy and pleasure (what lights you up), identity beyond roles (who you are outside of what you do for others), meaning and purpose (the why bother question), and energy and aliveness (whether you feel present in your own life).
Is this a clinical or diagnostic tool?
No. It's a self-reflection tool designed to help you see patterns you may have normalised. Not a diagnosis. If you're concerned about your mental or physical health, please speak to your GP.
How is this different from the Burnout Quiz?
The Burnout Quiz looks at physical depletion — exhaustion, nervous system overload, hormonal overlap. This life audit looks at identity, meaning, and whether the life you're living is actually yours. They often overlap, which is why the results cross-reference each other. If you're unsure which to take first, start here.
What happens after I complete it?
You'll receive a result placing you in one of four ranges, with an honest read on what your score reflects and a specific next step. If your score suggests the work is needed, I'll tell you clearly what that looks like.
Do I have to give my email?
Yes — your results are sent by email. I won't spam you. One email a week at most, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
