A twelve-week life redesign programme

The Reclamation Plan

Twelve weeks. Six sessions. A written Reclamation Plan at the end. A life that's yours.

For women in midlife who know something has to change — and are ready to find out what. The one you'd build now, if you weren't so tired.

The methodology

The Four Phases

Most coaching is a framework you're put through. This isn't. The Four Phases are how I structure the work, but the work itself is shaped to your life — what you bring, what's underneath it, and what you actually want next.

Movement One

Map

What's actually happening — not what you think should be. We work together to replace the fog with something you can see clearly.

Movement Two

Stabilise

Before anything changes, the ground has to hold. Most coaching skips this step. We don't.

Movement Three

Strip

What doesn't belong, named. The roles, the obligations, the version of "success" that was never yours. This is where the relief begins.

Movement Four

Rebuild

With space made and clarity earned, we build forward. By the end you have a written document — The Reclamation Plan — specific to your life, yours to keep.

What you can't get from a book, a chatbot, or a therapy session

Most women I work with have already tried the other things. Here's where each lands and where The Reclamation Plan does something different.

What changes

By the end of twelve weeks.

No promises about how you'll feel. But here's what tends to shift, in the women who do this work.

What women have said

Words from women I've worked with.

"The way Lianne framed things made me see my year completely differently. I've had so many sessions with various coaches over the years, but this one shifted things in ways I didn't expect — across the whole way I look at what's ahead."

Hayley HyndBusiness Owner

"Lianne helped me realise my value, which has allowed me to step into my power. The tools she provided me with and her ongoing checking in with me and words of wisdom have been priceless."

Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to the questions you're probably already asking.

I could probably do this with ChatGPT or a book — what's different?
You probably could try. Most women I work with have. The difference is that ChatGPT can't see your face when you say something true for the first time. A book can't ask you the second question — the one that gets to what you actually mean. You'll get prompts and frameworks for free everywhere. What you can't get is someone to hold the space while you find your own answer. That's the work.
I don't want to quit my job. Is this for women planning to leave?
No. Most women I work with are not quitting. The plan we build is designed to work inside your current life. The point isn't to blow it up — it's to stop pouring more of yourself into it than you can afford to lose, and to build the optionality that makes the future feel less like a trap.
Are you a certified coach?
I have a coaching certificate and have been coaching since 2021. I'm not ICF-accredited — that's a specific industry pathway I chose not to pursue. If credentials matter more to you than fit, I'm probably not your coach. If you want someone who's actually been where you are, we should talk.
What if I'm not ready?
Then book the free 20-minute call. There's no pressure to commit. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you. If you're not ready, I'll tell you that too. The first conversation costs nothing.
What if it's not working partway through?
The 50/50 payment option exists for exactly this reason. You pay half at booking and half at session 4. If by then it's clearly not the right fit, you've only paid half — not the full programme. That said, in practice this almost never happens. The discovery call is where we work out whether it's the right fit, before either of us commits.
What about after the twelve weeks?
Optional monthly check-ins are available at £150/month — one 60-minute session, plus messaging support, to keep you on track while the plan plays out. Most women take it for the first three to six months and then stop when the rhythm holds.
I'm in a different time zone. Does that work?
Yes. I'm based in Guatemala (Central time) but I work with women across the UK, Europe, and the US. We'll find a session time that works.

The first step is one conversation.

A free 20-minute call. No pressure, no script. We'll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether the work I do is the right shape for what you need. If it isn't, I'll tell you. If it is, you'll know.
