Most burnout approaches focus on recovery — rest, boundaries, slowing down. That's necessary. But it's only half the work.

The other half is structural. If you recover and return to the same systems, the same patterns, the same expectations — burnout will come back. We address both.

Together we identify what's actually driving your depletion, remove the friction that's draining your energy, and start building a life that runs at your pace — not everyone else's.

We map your current load — work, home, emotional, cognitive — and identify where the real drain is coming from. Often it's not what you think.

Stabilise the nervous system

Before we redesign anything, we need to create enough breathing room that you can think clearly. Simple, practical changes that reduce the daily cost of showing up.

We don't shrink your life — we strip the things that are asking more of you than they should. Obligations, patterns, defaults that you inherited rather than chose.

A Corporate Escapee Who Actually Escaped

I've been where you are.
That's the whole point.

In 2021, after 25 years in digital and marketing, everything converged at once. Burnout, perimenopause, ADHD diagnosis, and a growing certainty that I couldn't keep going the way I was going.

I didn't read about burnout recovery. I lived it. I tried the baths, the journalling, the retreats — and I learned that none of it works without structural change. So I made the structural change.

In 2023 I sold everything, moved my family from Cape Town to Southeast Asia, and rebuilt from scratch. I now live and work location-independently — and I help other women do the same work I did: figure out what's actually wrong, strip the friction, and build something that fits.
